MEM05007C Perform manual heating and thermal cutting.
MEM05004C Perform routine oxy acetylene welding.
MEM05012C Perform routine manual metal arc welding.
MEM05050B Perform routine gas metal arc welding.
MEM11011B Undertake manual handling.
MEM12023A Perform engineering measurements.
MEM12024A Perform computations.
MEM05049B Perform routine gas tungsten arc welding.
Assessments will be competency based.
Duration: 12 months full time
18 months part time
24 months school based
This is a traineeship. You must be employed as a trainee to enrol in this course and can be full time, part time or provided while you are still at school.
Fees (2010)
Tuition fees will be charged only. Resources are provided by us. The fee amount will depend on the units of competence selected.
